I have a question about my order. 

To obtain order information, create an account using the same email you used during checkout so your purchases connect correctly.

  1. Open the Account Creation / Login page.
  2. Use the Register option → enter the email you used at checkout → create a secure password → click Register.
  3. Log in to your Account Page anytime from the Login link in the menu/sidebar.

How do I create my customer account?

Where do I find my downloads?

Your downloads live in your Account Dashboard once you register/login.
Steps:

  1. Log in with your checkout email + password.

  2. Go to Account Dashboard → Digital Downloads / Downloads.

  3. You can also view orders and product updates there.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” we don’t offer refunds. Please contact us with any questions about our products. 

I can’t access my digital files. What should I do?

We’re happy to help you troubleshoot.

Here are the Steps:

  1. Confirm you registered with the same email used at checkout.

  2. Try logging out/in, then check the Downloads area again.

  3. Try another browser or an incognito/private window.

  4. If still stuck, email questions@idealbuyerpersona.com with: name, checkout email, order # (if available), and what you expected vs what happened (reply within one business day).

What is your policy on returns/refunds/exchanges for physical products?

Physical items have a strict policy: no cash refunds. If an item arrives damaged/defective in transit, we may offer an even exchange depending on the situation.

Physical products are made specifically for you when you place your order, which is why delivery can take a bit longer. We produce on demand to reduce overproduction—thank you for making thoughtful purchase decisions.

My physical item arrived damaged what steps should I take to return the item?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery for an even exchange.

Next Steps:

How do I cancel an order for a physical product?

Cancellations are only possible if the order is not in production and you contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Email questions@idealbuyerpersona.com ASAP.
